Wow! What an amazing night in Dallas last week. I hope all of you who joined us this time enjoyed it as much as I did. Clearly, this will not be my only trip to Dallas to host a Nova Scotia event. There are so many more Bluenosers than most of us expected!

More than anything, thank you to those of you who came out. If you couldn't make it this time, we're looking forward to meeting you at the next one.

Can you help bring more Nova Scotia to Dallas?

Each of the Nova Scotian companies that took part in our event - from Mark Lowe and his Lobster Made Easy food truck, to the food products you took home, to those that sponsored the event - each have a unique interest in Texas.

In the coming week, I'll send some information about their objectives in the city and state. If you are interested in helping them, I'll happily make introductions.

Whenever there's more Nova Scotia in Texas, things get better! :)
